NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF PREPARATION OF

PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL AND SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING THEREON

 

The public will take notice that the Preliminary Assessment Roll for the Shallow Draft Navigation Dredging Project which was completed on the 31^st day of March, 2024, has been prepared by the Town Clerk.

 

The Preliminary Assessment Roll will be available for public inspection in the office of the

Town Clerk on May 14, 2025, and until the date set for the Public Hearing on the Preliminary

Assessment Roll.

 

The Town Council of the Town of Sunset Beach, North Carolina will hold a Public Hearing at

9:00 AM in the Town Council Chambers of Town Hall at 700 Sunset Blvd. North Sunset

Beach, North Carolina on the 13th day of June 2025 for the purpose of hearing objections to

the preliminary assessment roll from all interested persons who appear.
