The Town of Sunset Beach partners with MuniCode to provide convenient online access to the official, codified ordinances of the Town. Please note that the online code is awaiting updates and may not yet reflect the most recently adopted ordinances. For the latest ordinances pending codification, refer to the separate document provided.
Town of Sunset Beach Municipal Ordinances (with updates)
This document contains the most up-to-date Town ordinances adopted by the Sunset Beach Town Council that have not yet been incorporated into the official MuniCode online system. These ordinances remain in full effect and should be used in conjunction with the Town’s existing MuniCode. Once the codification process is complete, they will be integrated into the permanent online code.
