Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)
The Sunset Beach Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) contains the specific laws adopted by the Town Council for Sunset Beach. The UDO includes General Provisions, Subdivision Regulations, Flood Damage Prevention, Building Code, Stormwater Management, and Zoning.
