CAMA Land Use Plan
The CAMA Land Use Plan is the future growth plan for the Town of Sunset Beach. This plan is used by the Planning Board and the Town Council when reviewing requests related to land use issues within the Town and the ETJ areas. The plan is periodically reviewed and updated by a Town Council-appointed committee, the Planning Board or a planning firm with which the Council contracts for the service. The last review and update occurred in 2016 and 2017.
The Town Council adopted the updated Plan on November 21, 2017. In 2018, the Flood Map was updated as per FEMA requirements. Please click below to view the current Plan.
