Inspectors are available to meet with individuals to answer specific questions; appointments are recommended. The Town has a Chief Building Inspector, three full-time building inspectors, a CAMA LPO and an administrative assistant to assist you with questions.

Staff is dedicated to educating property owners and contractors on the permitting process, as well as providing information on regulations and codes that relate to a proposed project.

The Building Inspections Department office hours of operation are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. On-site inspections begin at 7:00 am
