Request for Proposals

The Town of Sunset Beach is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in contracting with the Town to provide leaf and limb removal services for debris collected and placed by residents on or adjacent to public right of ways within the municipal limits of Sunset Beach. A copy of the Scope of Services may be obtained from Town Hall or on the website www.sunsetbeachnc.gov in the Code Enforcement/Project Manager section of the Departments Tab.

The Town of Sunset Beach will accept proposals through 3:00 PM, Thursday, August 15, 2024. Proposals will be opened and inspected at 3:00 PM on the same day at Town Hall. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “2024 Leaf and Limb Removal Services Proposal” and mailed or delivered to the address and attention directed below.
